From now, the i-sense Groupware Suite will simply be known as... Groupion!
Besides a fresh logo and a new web appearance, we will still be providing the same high quality groupware solution.
Groupion is an easy to remember name and was created from the words groupware and companion.
We hope that you like the name and you can expect great things whenever you hear it.
During the next days we will be finetuning the new homepage, so we would appreciate it, if you let us know about bugs that you encounter or suggestions you may have.

Companies are fighting with unflexible IT-Systems.
Unflexible IT-systems are the reason for the loss of the advantages of mergers & acquisitions, says Computerwoche. This is one more reason to state the flexibility of i-sense. Fast data migration, easy integration of new users and the simple implementation in a new company network can help to solve the problems of information technology during mergers. The great usability is another reason therefore. More than 90% of all mergers in Europe fail to achieve their targeted goals, says Hay-Group in a market study from 2007.

Home sweet home,
after desperate months of sitting in the basement we finally made it. Last week we enjoyed our first glass of prosecco in our new office.
The new office space is quite luxurious. 200m², 7 rooms, 2 restrooms and a tiny kitchen. Of course some small details are still missing: whiteboards lying on the floor, plants in the middle of the room and until now no pictures on the walls, but hey: "We feel good!"
To get a better impression of our new home take a look at the picture attached or just visit us. It would be a pleasure.

i-sense in chinese? yes!
Ni hao everybody,
just wanted to make public that during my stay in Taipei I managed to find a guy who is eager to translate i-sense into chinese (traditional I think). Maybe this helps to open up this big market with lots of need for the best groupware on the market. Btw, he thinks that i-sense is a "very excellent web application". Doesn't that make us proud? ;)
I hope that the new language version will be availabe with the next major update.

New Tutorials

Hi everybody,
Yesterday we published several new Video Tutorials on our Youtube portal (www.youtube.com/isensetutorials) . The videos cover the packages "Organizer", "Collaboration" and several other aspects. They are directed at end users who want to learn about the interface and how to use the modules. The scripts have been translated already and as soon as Katie comes back from her vacation we will start the production of the English version.
Unfortunately the video quality on youtube is pretty bad, so we will set up our own streaming server soon.
Feel free to comment on the videos in our new forum (see previous blog entry).
Cheers,
Johannes
